The Kroger Co. in Dublin, OH is seeking an experienced store operations leader to support the Store Leader in achieving sales, budget, and customer-service goals. You will coach department managers, drive merchandising initiatives, and ensure compliance with safety, labor, and policy standards.

This role requires strong collaboration across departments, data-driven decision making, and a proven track record of improving store performance in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1 year of experience as department manager, service manager, or similar.
• Proven ability to coach and develop associates to meet goals.
• Experience using KPIs, metrics and data insights to guide decisions.
• Able to collaborate across departments to drive store performance.
• Track record of improving customer experience, sales and operations.
• Able to balance priorities and lead teams through change.

Responsabilités

• Assist store manager and associates in delivering a great customer experience.
• Assist in merchandising, operating initiatives and planning.
• Communicate action plans to associates based on surveys and results.
• Identify opportunities and develop timely solutions with department heads.
• Model inclusive leadership and coach others to perform at high levels.
• Manage store operations in manager's absence and help meet sales and budgets.
• Drive sales, reduce shrink and maximize each department's contribution.
• Participate in budgeting discussions and monitor expenses with leadership.
