LLGI is looking for a Store Manager in the Donated Goods Retail division to oversee store operations, lead staff and volunteers, manage donations processing, sales, and loss prevention while upholding integrity and the organization’s mission.

You will recruit, train, and evaluate employees, ensure compliance with employment laws, and strive for optimal customer satisfaction. Travel within the territory may be required to support locations as needed.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum 3 years in a leadership role supervising staff.
• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within six months.
• Valid driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office; payroll/ POS software familiarity.
• Knowledge of profit and loss statements; strong professionalism and ethics.
