Job summary

LLGI is seeking a Store Manager in Effingham, IL to lead Donated Goods Retail operations, supervise staff and volunteers, manage the budget, and drive sales while maintaining loss prevention measures. This exempt role reports to the District Manager and requires a high school diploma with leadership experience.

Ideal candidates will have CPR/First Aid certification, a valid driver’s license, and proficiency with Google Workspace and Microsoft Office. Travel within the territory may be required.

Qualifications

• CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within six months.
• Valid driver's license with reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Oversees store operation and directs staff, ensuring accurate processing and reporting of sales and donations.
• Trains, coaches and provides feedback to strengthen staff skills and compliance.
• Ensures adherence to employment laws and organizational policies.
• Recruits, hires, and schedules staff; conducts performance evaluations; administers discipline.
• Manages expenses and budget; drives safety, loss prevention and financial performance.
• Travels to LLGI locations within the territory as needed and ensures customer satisfaction.
