Qualifications

• Requires CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within six months of employment.
• Occasional travel to other stores and job sites.

Responsibilities

• Oversee store operations in the Store Manager’s absence.
• Direct activities of store employees and volunteers to ensure transactions and donations are processed and reported accurately.
• Communicate the organization’s mission, vision, and values and promote diversity.
• Train, coach, and provide feedback to help staff strengthen skills.
• Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training, scheduling, coaching, and documenting staff performance.
