Land-of-Lincoln-Goodwill-Industrie is seeking a Store Supervisor to lead daily store operations, including sales floor activities, donation processing, and cash handling. You will act as manager on duty, coach staff, and ensure policies are followed to meet performance goals.

The role requires strong customer focus, the ability to work with minimal supervision, and commitment to our mission and diverse community. Candidates should have a high school diploma and leadership experience.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent; 1 year of leadership/oversight experience; valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transport; CPR/First Aid certification or ability to obtain within six months.
• Experience applying policies and maintaining product standards; strong communication and teamwork.
• Ability to operate with minimal supervision and lead staff on a busy sales floor.

Responsabilidades

• Lead daily store operations of the sales floor, donation door, and processing areas.
• Coach and develop staff; ensure adherence to policies and procedures.
• Act as manager on duty, handle bank deposits, opening/closing procedures, and cash handling.
