Job summary

Goodwill is seeking a Donated Goods Supervisor to oversee store operations, coaching staff, and ensuring safety and efficiency from receipt to distribution. The role emphasizes customer service, adherence to agency policies, and meeting daily sales targets.

The candidate will assist with cycle counts, inventory, and revenue goals while supporting Goodwill’s mission and various programs. Some travel may be required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two years’ supervisory experience in retail sales or equivalent.
• Knowledge of merchandising, pricing, inventory control, and cash handling.
• Ability to write and speak effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Coach, train, ensure safety, and monitor daily use of POS and WMS systems.
• Maintain a safe working environment and correct unsafe conditions.
• Assist in achieving daily sales and processing goals.
• Support merchandising standards and merchandise rotation.
