LLGI is seeking a Retail Associate to join our Retail Operations team. You will interact with customers and donors, process sales, price and stock merchandise, and help maintain a clean, organized store floor. You may be trained across store functions as needed.

The role requires strong customer service, basic math, and the ability to work with a diverse population in a fast-paced environment. Regular duties include register transactions, pricing, and restocking to meet sales goals.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Experience delivering excellent customer service is preferred.
• Ability to communicate clearly and work well in a team.
• Comfort with handling cash and using a register system.
• Able to maintain accuracy in pricing, stocking, and merchandising.

Responsabilités

• Provide excellent customer service to shoppers and donors.
• Perform cash register transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain clean and organized sales floor and stock areas.
• Price, tag, and merchandise donated items according to SOPs.
• Assist with donations intake and processing at the door as needed.
• Support opening/closing procedures and ensure safety and compliance.
