You will collaborate with leadership to drive sales, manage opening/closing procedures, train new hires, and maintain store standards while delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the leadership team in cultivating a customer connection and welcoming environment
• Uses KPIs to set team and zoning goals and drive sales
• Executes omni-channel services for a seamless shopping experience
• Manages open/close procedures and maintains store standards
• Trains and onboards new hires
• Maintains daily tasks and supports facilities or IT issues
• Supports shipment and omni fulfillment processes and visual standards
• Contributes to a positive team morale and brand initiatives
