URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Key Holder at our McLean, VA location. You will collaborate with store leadership to supervise operations, drive sales, and deliver an engaging customer experience across in-store and omni-channel channels.

You will lead by example, coach peers, and manage daily tasks while upholding FP’s brand standards and store policies. The role requires flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilités

• Brand Experience: act as brand ambassador; create engaging customer experiences; enable omni-channel shopping.
• Leadership + Team Management: manage store environment; drive sales; share product knowledge and brand messaging.
• Visual + Business Operations: support daily operations; collaborate on shipment processing and visual standards; ensure eligibility of omni-channel orders.
• Communication + Relationships: foster open dialogue; participate in daily meetings and keep team informed; support others’ development.
