URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. in Cincinnati is seeking a Key Holder to support the store leadership team in service, selling and daily operations. You will be an expert in operating procedures and mentor the associate team.

You will foster a customer-centric environment, drive sales using KPIs, and enable omni-channel shopping. You’ll assist with opening/closing, inventory, visual standards, training, and daily upkeep to maintain a vibrant store.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with the leadership team to cultivate an welcoming customer environment.
• Drives sales and store metrics using KPIs and sets team goals.
• Delivers an omni-channel shopping experience through services and technology.
• Manages store environment and customer experience with energized pace and positivity.
• Supports training of associates including onboarding of new hires.
• Keeps daily operating processes: opening/closing, standards, stock/restocking, facilities or IT issues.
• Ensures effective shipment and omni fulfillment, maintains visual standards and product levels.
• Communicates with leadership to maintain store objectives and collaborates on feedback.
• Contributes to morale through brand initiatives and team activities.
• Maintains cleanliness and standards, staying current with visual messaging and updates.
