Responsibilities

• Collaborates with leadership to cultivate an inviting customer environment.
• Drives sales and store metrics using KPIs to set team goals.
• Delivers omni-channel service through proficient use of technology.
• Supports daily store operations and opening/closing procedures.
• Mentors and trains associates, including onboarding new hires.
• Maintains energy and positive morale among the team.
• Keeps store standards, restocks products, and assists with facilities issues.
• Coordinates shipments and omni fulfillment with partners.
• Ensures visual standards and timely markdowns are applied.
• Listens actively, values diverse perspectives, and communicates feedback to Store Manager.
• Maintains open communication and teamwork to achieve store objectives.
• Contributes to positive team morale through brand initiatives.
• Supports SPARKED Journal and team-building activities.
