Job summary

URBN Urban Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Key Holder to partner with store leadership in guiding daily operations and upholding our energetic, customer‑centric culture. You will help drive sales by creating genuine connections with customers.

You’ll lead by example, share product knowledge, and support omni‑channel service through MPOS, POS, and curbside options while maintaining store standards and visual execution.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience reflected in previous store roles.
• Ability to collaborate with store management and peers.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Motivation to learn and grow within URBN.
• Strong representation of the UO brand values.

Responsibilities

• Acts as a brand representative reflecting company values.
• Leads by example in delivering extraordinary customer service and improving interactions.
• Delivers a seamless omni-channel experience using MPOS, POS, in-store and curbside pickup.
