Responsibilities

• Lead the store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels at the showroom and ensure staff execute service programs.
• Help manage staffing during peak hours and ensure appropriate training updates.
• Assist in hiring processes and participate in interviews with management.
• Ensure all orders and transfers are processed timely and shipments communicated to customers.
• Oversee store opening/closing duties and secure money, deposits, and alarms.
