Responsibilities

• Lead the store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom.
• Work with the store manager to ensure adequate staffing during peak hours.
• Assist in hiring processes and interviewing candidates.
• Ensure all orders and transfers are processed timely and customers contacted on shipment arrivals.
