Lids is seeking a proactive Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations in our Fairview Heights location. You will supervise staff, train teammates, and ensure outstanding customer service while meeting sales goals.

You will drive store performance, adhere to brand standards, manage scheduling, inventory, and POS operations, and help create a welcoming, inclusive environment for customers and team members alike.

Qualifications

• Experience leading retail teams and delivering customer service.
• Ability to manage scheduling, training, and coaching staff.
• Strong communication and adherence to brand standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead, execute and assist selling strategy to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Schedule staff, train new team members, and address performance issues.
• Maintain store appearance, signage, and cleanliness per guidelines.
• Manage inventory counts, receiving, and product placement.
• Open and close the store following procedures; handle cash and POS operations.
• Provide exceptional customer service and promote loyalty programs.
