Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, train staff, and deliver exceptional customer experiences across our retail floor. You will drive sales, enforce brand standards, and ensure smooth store performance.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Excellent verbal communication and professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage store operations independently.

Responsabilités

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues or customer complaints when the Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS Training Programs and set goals.
• Create a fun and productive team environment while adhering to Lids Brand Standards.
• Drive selling strategy to meet KPIs and provide exceptional customer service.
• Handle cash operations with accurate till opening/closing and counterfeit precautions.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and oversee visual merchandising and product presentation.
