Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and train store associates using LIDS Training Programs.
• Ensure merchandising, store cleanliness, and adherence to policies.
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding store staff.
• Manage cash handling and daily till operations.
• Prepare for inventory audits and maintain inventory accuracy.
