Job summary

Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Pulaski, TN to deliver a white-glove customer experience throughout the loan and pawn cycle. You will coach Customer Service Representatives, support store leadership with recovery processes, and help ensure compliance with company standards.

You will partner with store leadership to drive sales, maintain profitability, and strengthen community relationships.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 months of supervisory or leadership experience.
• Minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle for workday use (mileage reimbursed).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to use phone, POS, Microsoft Office and other systems.
• Must be at least 18 years old (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required per applicable law.
• Ability to meet physical demands including lifting up to 25 pounds and movement around store.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the loan or pawn process by educating consumers and making recommendations.
• Assist account management and recovery processes including collection calls while maintaining customer service focus.
• Meet performance standards by leveraging partnerships, obtaining referrals, and participating in events.
• Develop customer relationships to build new business, maintain store profitability, and strengthen brand loyalty.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives when applicable.
• Maintain accurate customer information in the POS system.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local, state, and federal laws.
• Manage vault, cash drawer, and deposits and maintain store safety procedures.
• Monitor store appearance and address facility needs and scheduling maintenance.
• Work in a fast-paced environment handling multiple tasks to meet performance standards.
• Communicate effectively with customers and team members at all levels.
• Maintain a full-time in-person schedule, including limited Saturday hours (minimum 40 hours per week).
