Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is hiring an Assistant Store Manager in Bay Minette, AL. The role focuses on delivering a white-glove customer experience, coaching staff, and ensuring compliance with company standards.

You will support loan/pawn processes, drive customer relationships, and help meet performance targets while working a full-time in-person schedule, including occasional Saturdays. Training and development opportunities are provided.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday.

Responsabilidades

• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the full cycle of the loan or pawn process.
• Assist with account management and recovery processes, including collection calls.
• Meet company standards by leveraging partnerships, obtaining referrals, and hosting events.
• Develop customer relationships to build new business and store profitability.
• Provide coaching and development to Customer Service Representatives, when applicable.
