Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Nashville, TN. You’ll support customers with financial needs, drive leadership development, and gain hands-on store management experience in a multi-brand environment.

You’ll lead customer outreach, oversee risk, and help maintain store operations while growing your career in a performance-driven, people-first company with extensive training and advancement opportunities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum one year’s experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• At least 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or relevant leadership experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using phones, POS system, Microsoft Office, and other computer systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle to use throughout the workday (mileage compensated).
• Background check required. All background checks are conducted in accordance with applicable law.
• The ability to meet the physical demands of this position, including standing up to 90% of the time; lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Maximize customer success by offering financial services that fit their needs.
• Assess risk of financial transactions, evaluate, and process loan/pawn applications and check cashing transactions.
• Complete daily call campaigns to market services and build new business.
• Oversee account management and recovery processes while maintaining customer service focus.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Provide support and coaching to Customer Service Representatives to ensure quality standards.
