Community Choice Financial Family of Brands is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Jackson, TN, to lead customer service excellence and support store operations. You will guide customer interactions, assist in recovery processes, and drive compliance with company standards.

This role focuses on coaching team members, building relationships with customers, and meeting performance goals in a fast-paced retail environment. A full-time in-person schedule with some Saturday hours is required.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 3 months of supervisory, key holder, or leadership experience.
• Minimum one year experience in customer service, sales, or retail.
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and personal vehicle (mileage compensated).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work with POS, Microsoft Office, and other systems.
• Must be at least 18 years of age (19 in Alabama).
• Background check required.
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position (move up to 25 pounds).

Aufgaben

• Provide an exceptional customer experience throughout the loan or pawn process.
• Assist account management and recovery processes, including collection calls.
• Meet company performance standards by leveraging partnerships and obtaining referrals.
• Develop customer relationships to grow business and brand loyalty.
• Provide support and coaching to Customer Service Representatives as applicable.
• Maintain customer information in the POS system with accuracy.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and laws and proper opening/closing procedures.
• Manage vault, cash drawer, and bank deposits.
• Maintain store appearance and address facility needs.
• Operate in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Communicate effectively with customers and Team Members at all levels.
• Maintain a full-time in-person schedule (40+ hours) including limited Saturdays.
