Lids in the United States is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach teams, and drive sales while maintaining outstanding customer service.

You will supervise scheduling, training, inventory controls, and store visuals, ensuring policy compliance and a welcoming, high-energy environment for staff and customers.

This role reports to the Store Manager and requires hands-on leadership in a fast-paced retail setting.

Formación

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsabilidades

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through LIDS Training Programs and goal setting.
• Administer discipline with verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs, sales targets, and exceptional customer service.
• Maintain store technology and equipment and conduct daily audits.
• Open and close the store following Operations procedures.
