Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a busy retail floor, drive sales, and foster a collaborative team environment. You will supervise daily operations, open and close the store, and ensure policy adherence while delivering expert product knowledge and outstanding service.

You will coach associates, schedule shifts, manage cash, inventory, and merchandising under the Store Manager, reinforcing Lids standards and a positive customer experience across the workplace.

Formación

• Experience leading retail teams and achieving sales targets.
• Strong communication and training skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage store operations with minimal supervision.

Responsabilidades

• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs and deliver exceptional customer service.
• Resolve customer feedback and escalations on the floor.
