Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach a team, and deliver Exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive sales, manage onboarding and training, and ensure the store maintains brand standards and policy compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, visibility in customer interactions, and the ability to handle scheduling, merchandising, and loss prevention with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities
