Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach staff, and deliver exceptional customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You will assist in scheduling, training, and maintaining store standards, while driving sales, managing inventory, and ensuring a positive, inclusive team culture. The role reports to the Store Manager and supports company initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience in coaching and supervising store staff.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work unsupervised and manage daily store operations.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Lead selling strategy to achieve KPIs and sales targets.
• Perform duties to ensure store operations, inventory, cash handling, and safety protocols are followed.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel and uphold company policies.
