Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily retail operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service. This role oversees scheduling, training, and store performance while ensuring adherence to brand standards and policies in a fast-paced environment.

You will work with the Store Manager to maintain high store standards, mentor staff, and manage operations, inventory, and visuals to support business goals.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to drive sales while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on Duty for scheduling issues, customer complaints when Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and mentor store associates through training programs and goal setting; follow up when Manager absent.
• Enforce company policies, manage staffing and scheduling, and ensure store operations run smoothly.
