Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in the United States to lead daily store operations, coach staff, and drive exceptional customer service. This role requires balancing sales targets with loss prevention, ensuring adherence to company standards, and maintaining a welcoming store environment for customers.

The position involves managing scheduling, training, and performance, while executing promotions, merchandising, and inventory control to support store profitability and brand

Responsabilidades

• Lead and train store staff, with scheduling and performance follow-up when the Store Manager is absent.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and support sales targets while maintaining store standards.
• Execute store operations directives and ensure policies are followed for a safe, efficient environment.
• Manage inventory, pricing changes, and product presentation to optimize sell-through.
• Support in driving VM, merchandising, and promotions aligned with store goals.
