Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Atlanta to drive sales, lead a team, and ensure an exceptional shopping experience. You will oversee daily store operations, assist in training staff, and maintain brand standards across merchandising and service.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when the Store Manager is absent.
• Lead and develop store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Administer discipline with verbal and written warnings when required in the manager's absence.
• Foster a respectful, inclusive team environment and uphold company standards of dress and conduct.
• Schedule and staff the store, including covering shifts during peak periods.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on operations and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safekeeping of inventory and store assets.
• Contribute to achieving KPIs, executing the selling strategy, and delivering exceptional customer service.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness according to guidelines.
