Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Lawrenceville, GA. You will guide daily store operations, coach staff, and ensure superior customer service while upholding brand standards and maximizing sales opportunities.

As the heart of the store, you’ll manage scheduling, training, and compliance with company policies, while delivering a welcoming, high-energy shopping experience for fans and customers alike.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints.
• Lead store associates through training programs and goal-setting.
• Recruit and train store personnel on proper operations and procedures.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness according to guidelines.
• Schedule and staff the store, including coverage for peak times.
• Prepare the store for inventory audits and support accuracy checks.
• Open and close the store following the Operations Manual.
