Lids Sports Group is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, coach sales staff, and deliver exceptional customer service.

You will utilize the company's training programs, manage scheduling, and enforce visual standards while maintaining a safe, engaging, and inclusive environment for teammates.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer complaints when Store Manager is not present.
• Manage store associates through training programs and goal setting.
• Administer the progressive steps of discipline to include verbal and written warnings in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Engage team members by creating a fun and productive environment, aligning work with company objectives.
• Contribute to a respectful and inclusive team environment and adhere to Brand Standards.
• Schedule and staff the store, including calling in associates for unexpected peaks when needed.
• Assist in recruiting and training store personnel on proper store operations and procedures.
