Job summary

Lids Sports Group is hiring an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations, drive sales, and coach a team of associates. You will ensure excellent customer service, maintain store standards, and support scheduling and training initiatives.

The role emphasizes leadership, accountability for store performance, and collaboration with the Store Manager to deliver strong results across all KPIs.

Qualifications

• Established ability to produce sales results while minimizing loss.
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate verbally in a clear professional manner.
• Ability to work unsupervised.

Responsibilities

• Act as Manager on duty for scheduling issues and customer concerns.
• Lead store associates through training programs and performance follow-ups.
• Maintain visual guidelines, merchandising standards, and store cleanliness.
• Manage cash handling, till operations, and inventory integrity.
• Coordinate store staffing and recruitment support where needed.
• Provide excellent customer service and promote Lids membership programs.
