Job summary

Lids Sports Group is seeking a Store Manager for our Atlanta-area location. You will lead daily store operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer service while developing a high-performing team.

Responsibilities include staffing, training, merchandising, and ensuring the store meets KPIs. This role reports to the District Sales Manager and requires a strong emphasis on guest experience and store standards.

Qualifications

• Previous retail supervisory experience is required.
• Ability to lead and develop a team to meet sales targets and deliver best-in-class customer service.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
