Job summary

POP MART is seeking a Retail Assistant Manager at Smith Haven Mall to lead a high-performing team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, oversee daily operations, and ensure visual merchandising aligns with the POP MART brand across all initiatives.

You will coach associates, manage inventory, and support store openings, events, and campaigns while maintaining a safe, organized environment and a customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads through coaching and feedback.
• Oversee daily store operations, incl. opening/closing, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
• Drive sales performance, manage inventory and merchandising, and ensure alignment with POP MART brand.
