Job summary

POP MART in Smith Haven Mall is seeking a Retail Sales Lead to inspire the team, elevate customer experiences, and execute daily store operations. As Leader on Duty, you will guide staff, drive sales performance, and bring POP MART's brand stories to life for shoppers.

You will manage merchandising, inventory, and POS transactions while coaching associates to achieve goals, delivering a premium, engaging experience for collectors and fans of POP MART products.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience; leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and leading by example.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience and inspire a customer-first culture.
• Act as Leader on Duty in the absence of the Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager, guiding the team and ensuring smooth daily operations.
• Coach and support Sales Associates to meet individual and store goals.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and stock levels for launches.
• Engage customers with product stories and brand initiatives.
