Job summary

POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at Sawgrass Mills Mall to lead a high-performing team and deliver an exceptional customer experience. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, manage operations, and ensure POP MART brand standards are reflected across all store activities.

You will oversee daily operations, inventory, visual merchandising, and staff development while fostering an inclusive, customer-first culture.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze business metrics and implement action plans that drive results.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize competing responsibilities.
• Comfortable working independently while making sound business decisions.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to build a high-performing team.
• Oversee daily store operations, including opening/closing, cash handling, safety, and compliance.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience on the sales floor and set engagement standards.
• Partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, KPI tracking, and inventory management.
• Support visual merchandising and cycle counts to maintain store standards.
