Job summary

POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead a high-performing team at our Smith Haven Mall location. You will coach Brand Associates, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer experiences while managing daily operations and inventory.

You will report to the Store Manager and help sustain POP MART's premium brand vibe through merchandising, events, and community engagement. A high school diploma and 2+ years of leadership in retail are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is valued.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop Brand Associates and Sales Leads to drive performance.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by modeling customer engagement on the sales floor.
• Analyze sales data and drive actions to improve performance and KPIs.
• Oversee store operations, cash handling, safety, and policy compliance.
• Execute visual merchandising standards and manage inventory accuracy.
• Support store events, product launches, and local community engagement.
