Job summary

POP MART is seeking an Assistant Store Manager at the Great Lakes Mall. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive sales, develop a high-performing team, and ensure store operations reflect POP MART's premium brand.

You will oversee daily operations, inventory, merchandising, and customer experience, coach staff, and act as Manager on Duty when needed. This role reports directly to the Store Manager.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail leadership experience in a supervisory or management role.
• Proven ability to lead, coach, and develop high-performing retail teams.
• Strong understanding of retail operations, customer experience, and business performance metrics.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Interest in designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture is highly valued.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead recruitment and develop a high-performing team.
• Coach Brand Associates and Sales Leads through coaching, feedback, and recognition.
• Oversee daily operations and store standards.
• Drive sales with KPI focus and action plans.
