Job summary

Victra in the United States is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, coach sales specialists, and drive sales targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences. You will oversee daily operations and merchandising, guiding the team to perform at their best and grow their potential.

You will foster a high-energy, collaborative environment with a focus on results, coaching one-on-one, and achieving store quotas.

Qualifications

• Retail or wireless industry experience preferred.
• 1–2 years of experience in a customer service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead a sales team and coach them to reach targets.
• Drive store sales, operations, and customer experience.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and monitor progress.
• Provide training and mentoring to improve customer service.
• Resolve customer issues and handle transactions with the team.
• Ensure store merchandising and planogram compliance.
• Complete opening/closing duties and manage inventory.
