Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age; legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
• Coach team members one on one to improve selling skills and performance.
• Set goals and monitor progress with sales metrics and quota assignments.
• Manage store operations, inventory, cash handling, and store compliance.
• Oversee store merchandising and planogram compliance.
• Assist with daily opening and closing activities and ensure excellent customer experiences.
