Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, coach sales specialists, and drive customer experiences. You will manage daily operations, merchandising, and performance to meet store targets and ensure a positive brand experience.

You will foster growth, coach team members one-on-one, and handle responsibilities when the General Manager is away, in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of customer service or leadership experience preferred.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and coaching others.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team to resolve customer issues and drive transactions.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams and monitor performance.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Oversee store operations, inventory, merchandising, and compliance.
• Open/close duties and ensure store uptime when leadership is away.
