You will set daily and weekly goals, train and mentor staff, maintain merchandising, restock inventory, handle cash and reporting, and resolve customer issues.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail leadership or supervisory roles.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and peak periods.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
