Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach the sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with the team.
• Drive store performance through effective customer interactions and upselling.
• Coordinate daily store operations and ensure brand compliance.
• Manage inventory, storefront presentation, and housekeeping.
