You will coach associates one-on-one, set daily and weekly goals, and oversee store operations, merchandising, and guest flow to ensure planogram compliance and exceptional service.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a customer service or leadership role preferred.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team by resolving customer issues and guiding daily transactions.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly sales targets with the team.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Coach team members one-on-one to raise performance and close gaps.
• Oversee store operations, staffing, and merchandising to ensure store up-time and planogram compliance.
• Open/close store activities and drive overall store performance.
