Job summary

Victra is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, drive sales targets, and ensure a premier customer experience. You will coach staff, manage daily operations, and support merchandising while maintaining high standards for service and store performance.

You will engage in training, set goals, and work with leadership to achieve company priorities, including exceptions for evenings and peak retail periods.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, November through December, and/or during peak vacation periods.
• At least 18 years of age.

Responsibilities

• Lead the sales team by resolving customer issues and assisting with customer transactions.
• Taking direction from store leader on day-to-day operations.
• Setting and sharing daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
• Providing your team with training and mentoring to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Identifying selling skill gaps and building development plans to meet sales metrics.
• Running store operations—analyzing staffing, reporting financial and sales data, handling cash, and ensuring compliance.
• Monitoring inventory and store cleanliness; managing planogram compliance.
• Completing store opening and closing activities.
• Attaining store targets daily/weekly/monthly.
