Job summary
Victra is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, coach sales staff, and drive customer experiences that reflect the brand. You will manage daily operations and help the team hit sales targets and quotas while maintaining store merchandising and up-time.
The role requires a customer-service background, leadership ability, and willingness to work in a fast-paced retail environment with flexible hours.
Qualifications
- Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
- Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
- Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
- Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
- Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead a sales team on the floor to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
- Coach team members one-on-one to reach the next level of performance.
- Handle daily operational tasks and lead the team when the General Manager is away.
- Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with sales teams.
- Provide training and mentoring to improve selling skills and quotas achievement.
- Oversee store merchandising, inventory, and planogram compliance.
