Victra - Verizon Authorized Retailer is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a store team, drive sales targets, and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will coach and develop sales specialists, manage daily operations, and ensure store merchandising aligns with company standards.

Responsibilities include setting goals, monitoring performance, and leading by example in-store to motivate the team toward higher results.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of customer service or leadership experience.
• Experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach team members to reach performance targets.
• Resolve customer issues and assist with customer transactions.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals with the sales team and monitor progress.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver outstanding customer experiences.
• Analyze staffing, sales data, and store operations to ensure uptime and efficiency.
• Maintain merchandising and planogram compliance and complete opening/closing activities.
