• Oversee inventory control including shipping/receiving, price changes and stock integrity.
• Lead merchandise placement, floor maintenance, signage and promotions.
• Monitor payroll, scheduling and attendance to meet budget.
• Train and develop direct reports and reinforce operational standards.
• Support loss prevention and protect company assets.
• Develop a deep understanding of day-to-day store operations.
