Job summary

DSW Shoe Warehouse, Inc. is seeking an experienced store leader to support daily operations and elevate the customer experience. You will partner with management to execute priorities, coach associates, and drive sales through effective merchandising and inventory control.

This role combines hands-on store duties with people leadership, including scheduling, payroll considerations, and policy adherence, while maintaining a welcoming, upbeat environment for customers.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• Availability to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems and basic tech tools.

Responsibilities

• Elevate in-store experience by modeling CEL behaviors and coaching associates.
• Maintain store standards and perform open/close tasks and upkeep.
• Review progress and communicate action plans to ensure tasks are completed.
• Drive sales through inventory insights and merchandizing.
• Ensure policy adherence and assist in scheduling and payroll tasks.
