Job summary

DSW Shoe Warehouse, Inc. seeks a store leader to support customer service, merchandising, omni activities and all inventory-related actions to drive sales and results.

You will partner with the management team to understand daily, weekly, and monthly store priorities and participate in merchandise placement, fulfillment and store recovery. You will monitor associate compliance with company policies, uphold Asset Protection standards, and assist in projects to support service levels, including

Responsibilities

• Elevate in-store experience by modeling CEL behaviors and coaching associate behaviors to achieve store goals and KPI.
• Respond to customer and associate requests or feedback with a high sense of urgency.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience by maintaining store standards and completing daily open/close tasks.
• Review and communicate action plans to ensure all tasks are completed daily/weekly/monthly.
• Improve metric-based goals by reviewing and communicating progress.
• Increase sales by leveraging inventory reports to optimize merchandising on the floor.
• Ensure execution of audits, donations, transfers, and damages processes.
• Work closely with the Store Manager to ensure policy and procedures are followed.
• Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding Store Associate candidates.
• Delegate and/or perform all other associate duties within store.
• Performs other duties as assigned by the Store Manager and/or Co-Manager.
