Job summary

DSW is seeking a Store Leader to drive exceptional customer experiences and oversee daily operations. You will coach associates, maintain store standards, and partner with the Store Manager on labor, audits, and merchandise execution.

The role requires at least 2 years of management experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Physical stamina to stand and lift up to 50 lbs is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years management experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Able to stand/walk for the majority of the shift; lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Elevate in-store experience by modeling CEL behaviors and coaching associates.
• Ensure customers have a positive experience by maintaining store standards; complete open/close tasks.
• Review action plans to ensure daily/weekly/monthly tasks are completed.
• Improve metrics by reviewing progress and communicating results.
• Increase sales using inventory insights and strong merchandising.
• Support store policies, audits, and transfers, and aid in store operations.
